An environmental emergency around the Flamborough and Filey coast could have a significant impact on our coastal wildlife, including the UK’s largest mainland breeding seabird colony. Having a bank of trained volunteers ready to jump into action and support organisations during such incidents is really important – the Plan wouldn’t work without you!
From here, you can access the volunteer handbook, brush up on your wildlife ID skills and watch an introductory presentation to refresh your training. Please remember to keep your contact details up to date with your volunteer organisation – in-person training will be offered annually.
